Hi, I’m Jess Leftault.

Over the last 15 years, I’ve come to think of myself as more of a design therapist for my clients because facilitating hard discussions is critical to the work we do.

With an honest, clear, and analytical communication style, we hammer out the difficult truths of their organization and develop an understanding of how design can address those struggles.

I base my approach to the design process in empathy and thoughtfulness. By developing an understanding of the problem through this lens, the client and I produce work they can proudly call their own.

Core Values

Honesty

My natural approach to this work relies on open communication and forthright advice that fosters meaningful conversations.

Curiosity

I’m always immersing myself in the subject of my client’s work so the message your audience receives is well researched and looks like it came from you.

Generosity

Because nonprofits and small businesses are my main clients, I try my hardest to provide fair pricing that is within reach for all parties.
